For this project, I produced the visuals to go alongside a live performance inspired by classic Hollywood films such as Casablanca, Brief Encounter and Gone With the Wind. Accompanied by the song ‘Movie’ by Tom Misch, the number is about heartbreak, loss and the melancholy of reminiscing on old relationships. As a performer, I tend to be very high energy and energetic, but I also enjoy leaning into more emotional numbers such as this one. This performance encapsulates the universal experience of having the love of your life walk out of your life for the last time - nice and upbeat, clearly.
