everyone’s a suspect
This show was inspired by murder mysteries, with all our performers having to come up with a story to tell through song that involved some kind of homicidal act. Our photoshoot was clearly very inspired by noir films and classic detective aesthetics, as well as more modern police dramas. We wanted to go for a combination of serious drama and camp humour, which tends to be a classic combination in my work across the board. We wanted it to stand out from our usual colourful palettes, so black and white worked wonders here to make this shoot stand out from the rest.
